Carol Martin

Foundation Administrator

Carol Martin joined Dermody Properties in 2002 and is currently Marketing Coordinator located in the Reno Corporate Office.  The broad scope of her responsibilities with Dermody Properties involves the support of several senior staff with transactional and lease documents as well as administrative support.  She supports the Asset Management activities for the Western Region and is involved with marketing and branding efforts and with the event planning for the corporation including ground breaking, open houses, etc.

Prior to joining Dermody Properties Carol served as office administrator for two local law firms, and the site office manager for a construction company during a large project in Reno.  Before moving to Reno, Carol was a partner is small business in Fallon, Nevada for about 10 years.

Carol was previously employed as a facilities analyst for UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento where she managed the space inventory for the facility and worked on project teams for remodeling projects within the complex.

Carol spends much of her time working with industry organizations such as the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and Commercial Real Estate Women.  Carol currently serves as Program Chairman for the NAIOP Northern Nevada Chapter. 

A native of Sacramento, California Carol has been in Nevada for about 30 years and enjoys the climate and community of Reno.  She is an active member of various organizations and charities in the area.
