Brian P. Quigley

Partner, Midwest Region

As Dermody Properties’ Partner, Midwest Region, Brian Quigley is responsible for the company’s industrial portfolio as well as new build-to-suit projects, acquisitions and dispositions in the Midwestern Region. A 22-year industrial real estate veteran, he has extensive development, acquisition and operating experience.

Most recently, Mr. Quigley held the position of Vice President at CenterPoint Properties Trust, where he developed intermodal industrial buildings, build-to-suit developments and managed large land ventures. Prior to joining CenterPoint, Mr. Quigley was an Operating Officer at Panattoni Development Company, LLC, where he was responsible for the formation of the Chicago region office and the development of a portfolio of industrial buildings for both private and institutional ownership.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Quigley has developed over 15 million square feet in the greater Chicago area. Mr. Quigley also has extensive experience raising private equity and placing debt.

Mr. Quigley holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from DePaul University and is an Illinois Certified Public Accountant and Illinois licensed Managing Real Estate Broker. He is a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, NAIOP, and the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers.
