In our 50 plus years of service, we have continually taken industrial development to new heights. We currently have more than 3.5 million square feet of industrial space that is 90 percent occupied, and we are actively doing build-to-suits and joint ventures throughout the nation. While we have grown steadily and evolved into an industry leader on many levels, our mission has never wavered.

Dermody Properties/DP Partners has a long and stable history of success as one of the most agile and responsive private industrial developers in the country. Over the years we have effectively utilized partnership structures with economic development authorities, financial entities, municipalities, clients, construction companies and other developers. Since our origins in 1960, the company has developed more than 35 million square feet of industrial space, including major business parks and build-to-suits for many individual clients, for purchase or lease.
